Key Largo Returns Policy

It's simple.  You can return or exchange and we'll give you your money back or ship a replacement to you.   

First: Please contact Lea at Lea@keylargounderwear.com or call my cell 336-671-6551 or write to Key Largo Underwear PO Box 11545 Winston Salem, NC 271167.  This is just to let me know that it's coming back. 

2: Please return within 20 days of the date on your invoice.

3: Credit will be given back to you the way you paid or another item will be sent to you - depending on your request. Please allow 1-3 weeks for your credit card to be credited after we receive your return. Your credit card issuer may take up to 48 hours to post the credit to your account. You will see the credit on your next 1 to 2 statements.
