Key Largo Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your Key Largo Underwear. We continuously strive to Delight you our customer. We try hard to make sure every order is complete and accurate, however, we recognize that perfection is not always possible. For this reason we have a no hassle returns policy and procedure.

First: Please contact us at info@keylargounderwear.com or Key Largo Underwear PO Box 11545 Winston Salem, NC 271167 for a Returns Authorization Number or RAN. This will help us track and expedite your return. 

2: Please be sure to include a copy of your invoice with the returned item circled. We will gladly refund you the purchase price minus the shipping and handling fees. Returns must be made in 20 days of the date on your invoice.
Mail your order back to us using the return form included with your order. Don’t forget to include your RAN on the outside and inside of the package.

3: Credit will be given back to you the way you paid or another item will be sent to you - depending on your request. Please allow 1-3 weeks for your credit card to be credited after we receive your return. Your credit card issuer may take up to 48 hours to post the credit to your account. You will see the credit on your next 1 to 2 statements.
