Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: Is this an incontinence product?
A: Not in the conventional definition as Key Largo doesn't have the waterproof barrier backing, oversized crotch design, and advertised 4+ oz of moisture or more common to most brands of incontinence underwear. The Ladies WonderLining will comfortably absorb around 1/2 of a teaspoon of moisture which will hold a light discharge similar to a disposable panty liner. The benefit of the WonderLining is that the air continues to flow and dries the liner and all the while the fabric next to the skin stays dry. It also very comfortable!
